Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.

Photographic proof will be required.

Depending on the circumstances, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:

Where delivery of the item is unreasonably delayed beyond the stated delivery timeframe, without prior notice or valid reason provided.

Where an item is confirmed to be defective and the customer does not wish to receive a replacement.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, unwanted items, or circumstances outside of the conditions stated above.

For all other issues, a replacement item will be provided. Customers may be required to supply photographic evidence of the defect to support their claim.
