Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Astro Creations Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Ordering & Pre-Orders

  • Some products are sold as pre-orders. The estimated delivery times will be stated on the product page or in updates.
     

  • All release dates are subject to change based on production schedules, supplier delays, or international shipping issues.
     

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
     

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
     

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
     

  • We accept payments via [PayPal, Stripe, Wise, Bank Transfer – whichever applies].
     

  • Customers are responsible for any bank charges, conversion fees, or PayPal/Stripe fees incurred.
     

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from the UK using trusted couriers and postal services.
     

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Any timescales provided are estimates only.
     

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
     

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or courier issues beyond our control.
     

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
     

  • Photographic proof will be required to support any claim.
     

  • Depending on the circumstances, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense.
     

  • Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:
     

    • Where delivery of the item is unreasonably delayed beyond the stated delivery timeframe, without prior notice or valid reason provided.
       

    • Where an item is confirmed to be defective and the customer does not wish to receive a replacement.
       

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, unwanted items, or circumstances outside of the conditions stated above.
     

  • For all other issues, a replacement item will be provided. Customers may be required to supply photographic evidence of the defect to support their claim.
     

 

6. Non-Fulfilment of Orders

  • We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are fulfilled in accordance with the agreed quantities, specifications, and timelines.
     

  • In the event we are unable to fulfil all or part of an order due to reasons within our control, the customer will be entitled to either:
     

    • (a) a full refund for the unfulfilled portion of the order, or
       

    • (b) a replacement product of equal value, subject to the customer’s agreement.
       

  • We will not be held liable for delays or non-fulfilment caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or acts of government.
     

  • Our liability for non-fulfilment of any order is strictly limited to the remedies outlined above and will not extend to indirect, consequential, or financial losses incurred by the customer.
     

 

7. Damages & Quality Control

  • We take quality control seriously and inspect items before dispatch.
     

  • If your order arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days with supporting photos.
     

  • Where possible, we will replace damaged items. If replacements are unavailable, a refund will be issued.
     

  • Minor variations in packaging, finish, or printing are not considered defects.
     

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any order is strictly limited to the value paid for the product.
     

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including shipping delays, customs delays, or courier mishandling.
     

 

9. Force Majeure

​

We are not liable for failure to fulfil an order due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, strikes, transport issues, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

 

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
